Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth and inspire them with a welcoming atmosphere.
- Ensure all guests receive exceptional service and leave with a positive impression.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Requirements
- Passionate about hospitality and food and beverage with previous similar work experience.
- Basic knowledge of banquet operations.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexible and willing to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
