Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and inspire them with a welcoming atmosphere.
• Ensure all guests receive exceptional service and leave with a positive impression.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Requirements

• Passionate about hospitality and food and beverage with previous similar work experience.
• Basic knowledge of banquet operations.
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexible and willing to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
