Responsibilities

• Works hands-on as a bartender while modeling exceptional service and beverage standards
• Maintains bar readiness, cleanliness, organization, stocking, and closing standards
• Supports monthly beverage inventory counts, ordering, and stock management
• Maintains bar equipment, tools, glassware, and overall bar operating standards
• Executes and trains the team to deliver CIVANA mixology classes and beverage experiences
• Coaches bartenders on recipes, technique, service standards, and responsible alcohol service
• Supports beverage cost controls through accurate pours, waste tracking, and product rotation

Qualifications

• 3+ years bartending experience in elevated or resort environments
• Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, spirits, wellness beverages, and zero-proof cocktail development
• Experience leading or training teams preferred
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and positive under pressure—Brilliantly Resilient
• Strong communication skills—Open & Honest with team members and leaders
• Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must hold required Food Handler and Title 4 certifications
