Lead Bartender/Ambassador

About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving cocktails, and managing inventory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails to customers
• Manage inventory levels and replenish supplies
• Engage with customers to upsell and provide recommendations
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to health and sanitation guidelines

Requirements

• At least 1 year of bar/tavern experience
• Knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
