Job Specifications
- Starting Wage: $12.14/hr - $16.79/hr
- If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips
- Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
- Shift Type: Full Time hours available
- Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
Job Responsibilities
- Makes connections with guests and co-workers
- Shares our passion for the mountains during service
- Follows the leadership's guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
- Makes hot and cold beverages to specifications
- Prepares the bar for successful operation throughout the shift
- Maintains a clean and tidy workstation throughout and at the end of the work day
- Ski/Snowboard out after work (optional + location dependent)
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of Bartending experience
- Desire to learn and grow
- Must be 21 or over
- Able to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift, and carry objects up to 50lbs
