Lead Barista (Full-Time)

Role Overview Responsible for supervising all Coffee Shop associates to ensure high customer service standards, achieve sales and profit goals, and maintain efficient shift operations. Key Responsibilities Order and manage inventory to ensure freshness and quality.Verify receivables and handle products according to guidelines.Brew, mix, and blend beverages following set standards.Train staff on department activities and suggestive selling techniques.Manage staff scheduling, supervision, and departmental productivity.Maintain product knowledge, prepare food items, and keep the department clean and stocked.Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED.Proficient in computer applications (email, spreadsheets).Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills.Accounting and bookkeeping skills with the ability to analyze financials and develop budgets.Ability to delegate, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.Detail-oriented with physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform in varied environments. This role requires physical stamina and attention to detail, with a focus on customer service, team management, and operational efficiency.
