Lead Barista (Full-Time)

Role Overview: This position involves overseeing the daily operations of a coffee shop, ensuring high-quality customer service, and achieving sales and profit goals. It includes managing inventory, verifying receivables, preparing beverages, handling spoiled products, training staff, and maintaining a clean, attractive environment. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Responsibilities Order and control inventory to maintain freshness and quality.Verify receivables and store products appropriately.Brew, mix, and blend beverages according to standards.Manage spoiled/damaged products per guidelines.Train staff in department activities and suggestive selling techniques.Supervise staff scheduling and productivity levels.Know product differences and prepare food items per procedures.Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in the department. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED.Proficiency in computer use (email, spreadsheets, etc.).Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills.Accounting, bookkeeping, and financial analysis skills.Ability to develop and manage budgets.Delegation, leadership, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.Detail-oriented with physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks.
