Responsibilities

• Maintain reliable and punctual attendance for scheduled shifts

• Act as a resource for baristas and booksellers
• Guide and support the Café’s focus on key sales objectives
• Lead and support the Café’s focus on new LTO, café promotions, Membership, etc.
• Use knowledge of café training tools and resources
• Use knowledge about café safety, hygiene, sanitation guidelines and procedures

Requirements

• Good “behaviors” as described
• Mastered skills in drink making, food preparation, and all other tools and processes
• Strong merchandising skills
• Effective visual merchandising skills
• Speed of service at the registers
• Supporting baristas in receiving and unpacking deliveries
• Supporting the bookfloor team with presentation standards and maintenance
• Spotting theft and effectively de-escalating challenging situations

Qualifications

• Physical activity including prolonged standing, repetitive bending, lifting, and walking
• Ability to work in other stores if needed
• Comply with all company policies and procedures

Hourly rate starting at $21.75

Schedule

Hours vary based on store operations, typically from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends and most holidays.
