Position Overview Swedish Hill is seeking a Lead Baker to lead wholesale production and support MML events and catering. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all bakery production while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate has deep experience in naturally leavened and yeasted breads, strong operational awareness, and a passion for leading and developing a high-performing bakery team. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring availability for nights and weekends.
