About the Role
Lead Associates provide store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, demonstrating our commitment to friendly customer service and teamwork. This role requires integrity, resourcefulness, and the ability to thrive in a varied and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Close the store, reconcile cash with daily sales reports, and secure the facility for the night.
- Prepare and maintain records of store operations, including daily sales reports, cash deposits, and opening/closing reports; conduct inspections as necessary.
- Operate cash registers and provide customer service.
- Receive, price, and stock donations (may occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and frequently lift and carry 10 to 35 pounds).
- Hang, inspect, and tag textiles and clothing in a production-style setting.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Lead or supervisory experience required.
Schedule
Associates should be available to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends. Stores are open Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 8 PM, and Sunday, 11 AM to [closing time not specified].
Pay
$16.50 per hour.
