Lead Assistive Technology Instructor

We seek a Lead Assistive Technology Instructor to provide Assistive Technology Instructional Services, supervise AT Instructors, and ensure all instruction meets the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop our Assistive Technology Team
• Oversee AT curricula, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and impactful service delivery
• Drive program improvements, innovation, and growth aligned with community needs
• Provide direct client support and assessments
• Evaluate new and emerging technologies to determine accessibility and compatibility with current hardware and software platforms, providing technical training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 2+ years’ experience working with individuals with visual impairments (or other disabilities)
• Strong leadership, team-building, and curriculum development skills
• Passion for mission-driven work and improving lives

Pay

$50,000-$65,000 (depending on certification) + incentive pay eligibility
