We seek a Lead Assistive Technology Instructor to provide Assistive Technology Instructional Services, supervise AT Instructors, and ensure all instruction meets the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop our Assistive Technology Team
- Oversee AT curricula, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and impactful service delivery
- Drive program improvements, innovation, and growth aligned with community needs
- Provide direct client support and assessments
- Evaluate new and emerging technologies to determine accessibility and compatibility with current hardware and software platforms, providing technical training
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2+ years’ experience working with individuals with visual impairments (or other disabilities)
- Strong leadership, team-building, and curriculum development skills
- Passion for mission-driven work and improving lives
Preferred Certification: CATIS

Pay
$50,000-$65,000 (depending on certification) + incentive pay eligibility
