Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design, system refactoring, and transition toward a modular, scalable software architecture.
- Develop high-performance back-end and front-end solutions using Python, C++, and JavaScript (React.js, Node.js).
- Design and implement secure RESTful APIs to integrate with external analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Collaborate with cloud engineers and bioinformatics specialists to optimize application performance.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Python, C++, and JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Node.js).
- Extensive experience architecting and deploying applications using AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, ParallelCluster).
- Prior experience in bioinformatics, molecular epidemiology, or scientific data processing is highly desirable.
