How You’ll Make An Impact

• Assisting in the day-to-day management of the Applications Engineering team members and tasks
• Training, Mentoring, Coaching and Reviewing the Applications Engineering Team and their work
• Understanding thoroughly customer requirements, specifications, and existing “pain points” to aid other AEs in winning solutions
• Aiding in the AE Teams efforts to define/develop cost-competitive, capable, technical solutions that meet internal and external customer requirements
• Ensuring the AE Team is applying practical conformance to JRA Applications Engineering corporate practices, procedures, and tools
• Providing Cross Functional Team Support within Projects
• Ensuring conformance to “As Sold” Scope of Work

How You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, business discipline, or equivalent experience calculated as two (2) years of relevant work experience for each year of academic study
• Ten years of industry experience leading successful projects
• Current or prior JR Automation experience, or experience in the automation industry is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in all Applications Engineering processes
