What you will do Secure systems across multi-cloud and/or multi-region infrastructure.Secure multi-tenant platforms, focusing on tenant isolation and authorization models.Implement privacy-adjacent security controls, including PII handling, data residency, and GDPR/CCPA compliance.Manage cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP. What we are looking for 6+ years of experience as a security engineer with deep knowledge of distributed systems.Experience as an early security hire (first 3) at a SaaS product or data infrastructure company.Background transitioning from Backend software engineer to Security engineer.Computer Science, Math, or Physics degree.Experience with application security and technical interviews.Proficiency in TypeScript and Go.Knowledge of multi-cloud security, data residency, and GDPR compliance.Experience with tenant isolation and authorization models.
