About the role

This position enhances, supports, and maintains applications or applications. It involves guiding, leading, and supervising teams of application analysts. The role requires troubleshooting, researching, and solving complex technical problems related to integrated systems. Coaching and mentoring are also part of the responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Researches and solves technically challenging problems involving integrated systems.
  • Provides coaching and mentoring to team members.
  • Collaborates with multiple stakeholders to understand business roadmaps and prioritize accordingly.
  • Communicates pertinent information as needed.
  • Understands the business/technical workflows.
  • Sets and ensures timely assignment of work products.
  • Gathers requirements, performs fit-gap analysis, and creates effective technical solutions for business needs.
  • Designs, validates, and confirms new or changed functionality with the supported application environment.
  • Demonstrates ability to implement and manage small to medium-level projects, ensuring deadlines are met and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders and application team to design, build, and execute comprehensive integration and user acceptance test plans and scripts.
  • QA, triages, and assigns incident and change requests, ensuring an equal distribution of work.
  • Escalates issues appropriately to the direct supervisor if the team cannot meet SLAs or if SOPs warrant it.
  • Provides second-level on-call support 24x7.

Requirements

  • 6 years minimum supporting and maintaining applications while providing guidance, leadership, and technical supervision.
  • 7-10 years relevant clinical, certification, and/or technical experience may be considered for those with a proven track record in the field and handling responsibilities associated with the outlined job responsibilities/summary.

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma is required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology/Systems, or Healthcare is preferred.
