For our client, a leader in the Media space, we are seeking a Lead Analyst in Technology Strategy Planning & Risk. This role leads work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery, collaborating across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Media environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Support tech division P&L management and monthly KPI reporting for CTO
- Lead strategic initiatives like platform modernization and market assessments
- Drive the adoption of AI tooling and establish internal evaluation frameworks
- Contribute to the annual budget cycle and quarterly planning processes
- Foster collaboration between SP&R and Finance, HR, PMO
- Translate technical priorities into business terms and vice versa
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy, BizOps, FP&A, or management consulting, preferably in a tech setting
- Strong skills in financial modeling and data analysis, particularly advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience in capacity planning or resource allocation at scale
- Proven ability to influence decisions without direct authority
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced problem-solving situations
- Ability to communicate clearly across diverse audiences, from execs to engineering teams
- Genuine interest in AI's impact on strategy and planning teams
Pay
$116,000 – $145,000 annually
