Pay range: $115,000.00 – $206,000.00. Pay is based on several factors including labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.

About the Role
As a Lead Analyst on the Performance and Insights team, you will engage directly with one of Roundel's largest, multifaceted clients to demonstrate how their media investments are performing and driving their overall business at Target. You will identify ways to optimize and grow their media investment, bring innovation to clients, and elevate their understanding of the Target guest. As a critical thought partner, you will be relied upon as a strategic data and media expert supporting vendor, merchandising, and marketing priorities. This position reports to a Senior Manager, Performance and Insights.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and communicate performance drivers of media investments to internal partners and clients in a clear, concise way.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and grow media investments.
- Bring innovative solutions to clients and enhance their understanding of the Target guest.
- Operate seamlessly in a matrixed environment, partnering closely with the Sales organization.
- Drive results and thrive in an ambiguous environment through methodical, detail-oriented work.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of proven digital media analytics, consulting, or marketing experience, or equivalent experience engaging directly with clients.
- Strong analytical skills to uncover performance drivers and communicate findings and recommendations.
- In-depth understanding of the digital media marketplace, including incrementality and multi-touch attribution methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Domo, Data Studio, Tableau).
- Experience with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Webtrends).
Location
Primary clients for this position are located across several markets, including Chicago, New York City, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and Minneapolis. Preference for candidates to be based in one of these locations, as the role requires frequent travel to support local clients. No relocation is offered for this position.
