About the role
This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Media environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement analytics strategies aligned with client business goals and media strategies
- Anticipate measurement approaches to evaluate media effectiveness and guide tactical performance
- Deliver actionable insights and proactively address client satisfaction through effective communication
- Leverage BI tools to generate insights and support client storytelling
- Identify and propose enhancements for reporting and dashboard processes for scalability
- Connect channel data to provide consolidated insights and solid recommendations
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing analytics roles with client engagement
- Proven ability to develop learning agendas, testing roadmaps, and measurement recommendations
- Fluency in business intelligence platforms like Tableau or Power BI
- Proficiency with structured data tools such as Snowflake or Redshift
- Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis
- Solid grasp of quantitative methods and statistics; preferred experience with R or Python
- Exceptional data storytelling skills for clear, decision-oriented communication
Pay
$105,000 – $125,000 annually
