About the role

The Lead Analyst, Project Schedule will play a critical role in overseeing project timelines and ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed within the stipulated time frame. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain accurate project schedules, manage risks, and ensure compliance with project milestones.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using project management tools.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress against the schedule and report variances to senior management.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to project milestones and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project scheduling and management.
  • Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects.
  • Experience in the energy sector, particularly in natural gas and LNG projects.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Skills

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience with project risk management methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of project planning and control techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
