About the role
The Lead Analyst, Project Schedule will play a critical role in overseeing project timelines and ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed within the stipulated time frame. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain accurate project schedules, manage risks, and ensure compliance with project milestones.Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using project management tools.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress against the schedule and report variances to senior management.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Ensure adherence to project milestones and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project scheduling and management.
- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects.
- Experience in the energy sector, particularly in natural gas and LNG projects.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Experience with project risk management methodologies.
- Strong understanding of project planning and control techniques.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
