Responsibilities

  • Tracks and shares performance of digital commerce workstream at weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, including proactively identifying opportunities and risks based on performance indicators
  • Partners with business leaders to define OKR targets, and tracks progress and actions towards those goals
  • Identify marketplace risk trends and translate findings into process improvements, policy recommendations, and operational controls
  • Develop and improve compliance workflows, review procedures, enforcement standards, and escalation paths
  • Prioritizes reporting that is needed by the business, defines reporting requirements, and partners with the relevant teams to build necessary reports
  • Present to key stakeholders on project/campaign strategies and insights to guide future strategies, tactics, or activities
  • Support training, onboarding, coaching, and knowledge-sharing for compliance analysts and cross-functional partners
  • Help define quality assurance standards, audit processes, and performance metrics for the compliance function
  • Contribute to marketplace policy updates and ensure enforcement teams understand and apply policies consistently

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Operations or relevant field
  • 6-7 years of experience in online/retail merchandising or business operations

  • Experience in a corporate setting

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience with compliance and regulatory matters

$86,000.00 - $143,600.00 annually
