We need to extract sections: - About the role: description of role? The posting includes "What you can expect as a Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician at West Star:" then description. Could be About the role. - Responsibilities: list of duties: bullet points under "You Will Be ESSENTIAL To Many FUNCTIONS Including ..." includes many duties. Also later "Perform general mechanical functions..." etc. So responsibilities list. - Requirements: Education, Experience, Initiative, Sense Of Responsibility, etc. Could be Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements? But we need to decide. The instruction: use headings for sections if posting has real specific content. We can combine similar content. Probably we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. Possibly Skills? The posting mentions skills: analytical, problem solving, technical orientation, etc. Could be Skills. We need to avoid empty sections. Let's extract content. First, About the role: The paragraph after "What you can expect as a Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician at West Star:" includes: "As a Lead your main focus will be centered on leading a team of technicians to produce timely results that are of the highest quality and accuracy. The most successful individuals will be highly analytical, inquiring and have a critical mind. This job requires imagination and strong problem solving skills, with a strong technical orientation. Responsibilities: The bullet list after "You Will Be ESSENTIAL To Many FUNCTIONS Including" includes many items. Also later "Perform general mechanical functions on aircraft and related systems..." etc. Also "Work with customer in project management, pricing and customer support roles." etc. Also "Any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management." We can combine all duties into a
  • list. Requirements: Education: "Your Education A High school diploma or equivalent and Airframe and Powerplant License are required. A valid driver’s license approved for airline travel and/or a valid passport is ideal, but not mandatory. Aircraft specific factory training is preferred." Experience: "Your Experience 8+ years in aviation maintenance preferred 4+ years in program specific airframes This position requires minimal supervision and will lead small groups in daily tasks These techs are subject matter experts and demonstrate a wide and comprehensive knowledge of the job" Initiative: "Your Initiative We’re looking for a team player who is self-motivated and able to perform in a fast paced environment where working under specific deadlines and time constraints will be common." Sense Of Responsibility: "Your Sense Of Responsibility Attend work every day as scheduled to include overtime and weekend assignments. Notify supervisor in advance of shift starting if unable to work. Must have reliable transportation to get to work each and every day. Must perform all work in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration guidelines. Follow all company and safety rules during performance of duties. Maintain customer oriented work habits. Direct the work and flow of multiple projects. Supervision of team members in daily operations and duties. Completion of work orders, FAA paperwork." Other Particulars: Physical Requirements, Mental Requirements, Supervision, Working Conditions, Equipment Used. We could treat these as Requirements (including education, experience, physical/mental, etc.) Or separate Qualifications? But we can combine into Requirements. Skills: maybe "analytical, inquiring, critical mind, imagination, strong problem solving skills, strong technical orientation, team player, self-motivated, able to work under deadlines, etc." Could be Skills. Benefits: The posting includes "When you start, they start with you! This includes medical, dental, 401K match, time off accruals, weekly pay days and much more." Also later "Compensation & Benefit Information" includes hourly rate range, shift differential, semi-annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) company match, employer contribution to HSA. Then "West Star Aviation’s Benefits Benefits Effective Day One for Eligible EmployeesMedical, Dental and Vision Coverage with Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) optionsLife Insurance, Disability Benefits & Supplemental Benefits401(k) Plan with Employee Contributions & Employer MatchPaid Company Holidays & Weekly Paid Time Off AccrualsFlexible Work Schedules include 5x8, 4x10 and 3x12Weekly Competitive & Industry Leading Pay means you are paid more oftenBonus Opportunity based on Company and Site PerformanceInternal Mobility & Career Advancement opportunities" Thus we have Benefits content. Pay: The posting includes hourly rate range $38.00 - $69.00, shift differential, etc. So we can have Pay section. Schedule: Not explicitly stated besides flexible work schedules (5x8,4x10,3x12) mentioned under Benefits. Could be Schedule but it's part of Benefits. The instruction: create Schedule section only if posting actually states them. It does mention flexible work schedules, but that's under Benefits. Could still create Schedule section with that info. However we might avoid duplication. Better to keep schedule info under Benefits or maybe separate Schedule. Since they explicitly mention "Flexible Work Schedules include 5x8, 4x10 and 3x12", we could put that in Schedule section. But also they mention weekly pay days etc. However schedule is about work schedule. We'll create Schedule section with that detail. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: navigation, EEO, legal, etc. At end there is "Apply © 2025 West Star Aviation..." etc. Remove. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:
