Lead AI/ML Engineer

The Role Lead the development of advanced AI agents for the software development lifecycle. Contribute to UI development using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Design and implement APIs and backend services using Java/J2EE, Spring, and Microservices. Utilize SQL and GraphQL for data management and analytical tools like Splunk, Azure KQL, Grafana, and Dynatrace for debugging. Work with cloud platforms such as Azure, OpenShift, and AKS, and DevOps tools including GitHub, GitHub Actions, Artifactory, and Docker. Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies in a fast-paced development environment. What You'll Need 12+ years of experience in software programming, with a strong background in AIDLC and building Agentic AI agents. Proficiency in UI technologies including React (version 16+), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Extensive experience with Java/J2EE, Spring (Core/Boot/Batch), Rest API, and Microservices. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, OpenShift, AKS) and DevOps practices (GitHub, Docker). Strong analytical and debugging skills using tools like Splunk Queries, Azure KQL, Grafana, and Dynatrace. Prior experience in the Healthcare industry, specifically with Utilization management/prior authorization or Care management, is preferred.
