Lead AI Engineer, GTM Applications (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering delivery for agentic AI capabilities in GTM technology stack
• Design and build LLM-powered workflows and AI-enhanced integrations
• Define scalable enterprise AI architecture patterns
• Implement AI evaluation frameworks and monitor model performance
• Mentor engineers and enforce AI engineering standards
• Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Champion security-first AI engineering practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in a lead role
• Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks and building enterprise AI applications
• Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP integrations)
• Proficiency with vector databases and optimization techniques
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD tooling

Pay

$125,000 – $180,000 annually
