Lead AI Engineer- GTM Systems

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $131,197 – $176,400 annually

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities within GTM systems
• Craft a technology roadmap that aligns with GTM business objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders across the organization
• Manage product backlogs and prioritize user stories to align with business needs
• Lead Agile ceremonies for effective sprint management and feature delivery
• Define KPIs to evaluate product performance and drive data-informed decisions
• Adopt a design-centered approach to enhance product usability and experience

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software/platform development: Focused on large-scale sales technology ecosystems
• Proven experience with AI-enabled features from a product management perspective
• Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement and presentation
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with tech and engineering teams
• Familiar with product management tools like Jira and Confluence
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
