AI Solutions Strategist, GTM Applications (Remote)

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and deployment of agentic AI workflows across GTM platforms
• Drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI initiatives with cross-functional teams
• Define scalable integration patterns for AI solutions using modern technologies
• Oversee implementation of intelligent workflows with proper governance measures
• Establish AI deployment standards and reusable design patterns for teams
• Collaborate hands-on in solution design, deployment planning, and implementation guidance
• Lead architecture reviews to ensure scalability and security of AI solutions
• Partner with Information Security to ensure responsible AI practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology and solution delivery
• Experience leading enterprise Agentic AI transformation initiatives
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/LLM-powered enterprise solutions
• Strong experience in managing stakeholder relationships across business and technology organizations
• Deep understanding of AI orchestration frameworks like LangGraph and CrewAI
• Experience with LLM APIs and enterprise AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, AWS Bedrock)
• Strong communication and technical leadership skills

Pay

$145,000 – $220,000 annually
