Lead AI Architect - OBIQUA

About the role

Celestar Corporation is seeking a Lead AI Architect to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) under the Object Based Intelligence and Quality Assurance (OBIQUA) task order. The primary place of performance will be at DIA Facilities across the National Capital Region (NCR).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, Testing, Evaluation, Verification, and Validation (TEVV), and operationalization of all AI algorithms and models.
• Provide technical leadership for AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics initiatives supporting DIA analytic modernization efforts.
• Develop AI architectures, frameworks, and implementation strategies aligned with mission requirements.
• Oversee AI model lifecycle management, performance evaluation, and operational deployment.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of AI capabilities.
• Establish AI governance, quality assurance, and risk management processes.
• Support integration of AI solutions into intelligence analysis workflows and enterprise systems.
• Provide technical guidance on emerging AI technologies, best practices, and innovation initiatives.

Requirements

• An advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading AI implementation projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Absolutely required: Active TS/SCI with a Current CI Poly (adjudicated within the last 5 years).
