Lead Aesthetic Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and mentor a team of high-performing consultants
• Refine sales strategy and coach Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs)
• Set clinic goals and optimize sales strategies
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Oversee front desk operations and maintain an elevated clinic environment
• Support behind-the-scenes operations to ensure smooth clinic flow and premium client experiences

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in consultative or luxury sales
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Passionate about aesthetics, customer experience, and personal development
• Polished communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Weekend and evening availability required

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Experience in a leadership role

Benefits

• $23/hour base salary plus uncapped commission
• Average annual earnings range from $100,000 to $150,000+
