About the Role

We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect/Developer with 14+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow SMU. This role requires deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM modules (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management), SPM, and ITAM (HAM and SAM).

Responsibilities

• Design and architect large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Develop and maintain Discovery patterns, probes, sensors, and MID Server setups.
• Ensure strong understanding and application of the CMDB data model and CSDM framework.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Leverage JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer for custom solutions.
• Provide expertise in IT infrastructure, including on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Requirements

• 14+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow, with at least 10 years in a ServiceNow IT Service Management role.
• Proficiency in ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management), SPM, and ITAM (HAM and SAM).
• Strong architecture and design experience in ServiceNow.
• Experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (on-prem, cloud, hybrid).

Pay

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $185,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
