The Oklahoma IDeA Network of Biomedical Research Excellence (OK-INBRE), housed in the Department of Microbiology & Immunology, seeks a Lead Admin Support Specialist to support internal and external stakeholders and statewide network of participating institutions.
Responsibilities
- Support effective communication with internal & external stakeholders and across the statewide network of participating institutions.
- Work with the Senior Program Administrator and Principal Investigator to support major programmatic initiatives including annual funding opportunities, student internships, outreach, meetings, and events.
- Play a vital role in execution and tracking of these initiatives.
- Interact professionally with faculty, staff, and students.
- Be comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Be detail-oriented.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 12 months office, clerical, or administrative experience.
