Lead Activities Aide - PACE
About the role
Plans, organizes, directs, and participates in a broad program of recreational services appropriate for the participants of Providence PACE Tanasbourne site.
Responsibilities
- Leads therapeutic group activities, discussions, etc.
- Engages in participant assessments and care planning.
Requirements
In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check may be required for this position based upon the location of the position upon hire. Fingerprinting may be required also.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Recreational Therapy, Creative Arts Therapies or related fields.
- Activity professional certification.

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
