Lead Resident Services Assistant - PACE
About the role
This position will be working 24 hours/week to support our Irvington Assisted Living facility. Under the direction of the Resident Care Supervisor or Operations Supervisor and with clinical supervision, the Lead Personal Care Aide is expected to serve in a leadership role with other Aides to complete all required documentation, assure that all care and medications are administered appropriately, to solve problems, and to communicate with the staff of the next shift.
Responsibilities
- Serves in a leadership role with other Aides to complete all required documentation.
- Affirmatively assures that all care and medications are administered appropriately.
- Solves problems and communicates with the staff of the next shift.
- Performs basic and routine quality care to the PACE Assisted Living residents including assisting them in the activities of daily living and other personal care tasks.
Requirements
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Six (6) months Medication administration experience.
Qualifications
- Completion of approved medication administration training.
- Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
