Resident Services Assistant - PACE
About the role
This 32 hours/week position will be supporting the Cully site and possibly supporting Irvington as well. The PACE Resident Services Assistant (RSA) provides support, assistance, and care to participants. This position reports to the service area Operations Supervisor, in unison and under the instruction of the site Resident Services Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Provides support, assistance, and care to participants.
- Creates and maintains an emotional, physical, and social environment consistently able to meet participant needs.
- Supports the mission of keeping older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits, and more.
Requirements
- First Aid Certification
- CPR Certification
- 1 year of recent Caregiver experience working with frail or elderly population

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
