Responsibilities

• Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and records
• Manage budget allocations and monitor spending against budgeted amounts
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
• Support the preparation of grant applications and manage related financial aspects

Qualifications

• Permanent employees and probationary employees who have served in their probationary period for at least six months or 130 days of actual service, whichever is longer may apply if qualified.
• OUSD typing test required - 40 WPM.
