Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key client accounts
- Build long-term relationships grounded in transparency, trust, and measurable results
- Lead weekly client calls, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions
- Maintain proactive communication standards—clients are always informed ahead of time
- Manage expectations, resolve issues early, and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Oversee full client lifecycle: onboarding, execution, reporting, and optimization
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Cross-functional teams (creative, digital, production, events)
- Monitor budgets, scopes, and marketing spend to ensure ROI and efficiency
- Provide daily/weekly status updates and enforce accountability across teams
- Digital Marketing Strategy Guide and oversee multi-channel campaigns including SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content
- Analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with specialists to refine campaign strategies aligned with business goals
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and platform updates
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing account management team
- Establish processes, workflows, and communication standards across accounts
- Conduct regular team check-ins and performance reviews
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving
- Strategic Growth & Brand Development
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaign plans
- Support brand positioning, messaging, and identity consistency across channels
- Identify opportunities for upselling, account growth, and new business
- Contribute to campaign launches, creative direction, and client presentations
Requirements
- 5+ years of account management experience in a marketing or advertising agency
- 2+ years in a leadership or senior account management role
- Strong expertise in digital marketing: SEO, PPC/SEM, social media, email marketing, analytics
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level clients and multi-channel campaigns
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Experience with CRM systems, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations for clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in event marketing, experiential campaigns, or live marketing
- Familiarity with creative production workflows (design, video, web)
- Background in brand strategy and integrated marketing campaigns
- Experience contributing to pitches, upselling, and revenue growth
