About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced preschool teacher to lead our classroom and support kindergarten readiness.

Responsibilities

• Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Mentor assistant teachers
• Build relationships with families
• Support kindergarten readiness
• Maintain classroom quality and licensing compliance

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• CDA accepted
• Candidates with 5+ years of classroom experience and a high school diploma will also be considered
• Previous preschool teaching experience required
• Must meet New York State licensing requirements

• Lead a preschool classroom

Skills

• Ability to work with children aged 3-5
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with child development and learning theories

$25–$27 per hour
