About the role
The Leadership Development Program (LDP) Associate participates in a rigorous development program to prepare themselves as an entry-level manager in one of several Divisions of Warren CAT. During the program, you will receive real-time experience and gain knowledge of Warren CAT, Warren Equipment Company, and practical leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Gain knowledge and experience in various aspects of Warren CAT operations, including but not limited to: safety, budget compliance, operational compliance, personnel management, asset warranty compliance, service operations, training and development, communication strategies, and product development strategies.
- Attend semi-annual Warren Equipment Company (WEC) Manager Trainings.
- Actively participate in various unique servant-leadership development opportunities, including a comprehensive program in understanding the purpose and functions of other WEC entities.
- Regularly participate in the LDP mentor program.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (Business, agribusiness, industrial distribution/engineering, or similar discipline preferred).
- Proven character-driven leadership experience.
- Ability to relocate to any Warren CAT location at the completion of the Leadership Development Program.
