About the role
The Leadership Development Program is an all-encompassing program that teaches all aspects of Elliott Electric Supply. You will begin in the warehouse, learning every position at our Regional Distribution Center. After mastering warehouse skills, you will train in counter sales, inside sales, and outside sales. The program aims to develop inside and outside sales teams to expand sales in existing markets and prepare for future locations and branches.
