About the role

The Leadership Development Program at Elliott Electric Supply is designed to teach all aspects of the company, starting with the warehouse operations and progressing through various sales roles.

Responsibilities

• Learn every position at the Regional Distribution Center in the warehouse
• Train in counter sales, inside sales, and outside sales
• Grow inside and outside sales teams to increase market presence and prepare for new locations and branches

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and solid work ethic
• A desire to be part of the team and contribute to growth
• Pass a drug test and background check
