About the Role

The Lead Insights Analyst works under minimal supervision to transform complex data into high-value, high-impact insights that drive effective operational and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Transform complex data into compelling business narratives and actionable insights through effective data storytelling.
• Develop executive-level presentations and communicate findings in a concise, impactful manner.
• Collaborate effectively with operational, clinical, IT, and analytics teams to solve complex business challenges.
• Identify trends, interpret complex datasets, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment using strong organizational and project management skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in healthcare administration, business administration, organizational development, industrial or related engineering, nursing, science, or a related field.
• Six (6) years of relevant experience required.
• Healthcare operations experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Epic reporting and analytics tools preferred.
• Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau preferred.
• Lean, process improvement, or Epic certifications are highly desirable.

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and analysis.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences, including senior leadership and executives.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong business intelligence and reporting experience, including proficiency with OBI (Oracle Business Intelligence) and/or other enterprise reporting tools.
• Expert user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office products.
• Understanding of basic statistical concepts.
