The Lead Advanced Practice Nurse FQHC Quality provides high quality, cost-effective patient care that supports established specialty practice objectives and strategic organizational goals. The Lead Advanced Practice Nurse FQHC Quality establishes preventive measures, diagnoses and treats illnesses and disorders in a competent manner that is consistent with medical practice and joint protocols as established with the collaborating physician. This position ensures that patient care is delivered in a cost-effective manner, managing and utilizing resources optimally. By demonstrating compassion and respect for the individual, the Advanced Practice Nurse provides care that meets the customer’s expectations. The Lead Advanced Practice Nurse FQHC Quality provides clinical instruction for Advanced Practice Nurse students and is instrumental in developing education curriculum.
