The expected pay range for this position is $60.39 - $68.10 per hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills, and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.

Overview

The OSF OnCall Digital Radiology APN (APN) is a member of a collaborative team responsible for providing virtual care to a diverse population of patients across the Ministry through technology in their home environment. The APN performs a variety of functions including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention within their scope of practice. They utilize evidence-based care and clinical decision support to guide practice, communicate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other care team members, patients, and families to promote quality of care. The APN also recognizes the importance of cost-effective and efficient care provision and communicates this directly to improve patient outcomes.

Job Specifics

• Manage ED abnormal results
• Order and follow up on mammograms and low-dose CTs for lung cancer screening
• See patients virtually as part of the virtual rapid diagnostic clinic for actionable findings program
• Show great intrapersonal and patient-facing communication skills
• Interpret results, imaging, and adapt new care plans accordingly

The Clinical base hourly pay range for this position is $60.39 - $73.68. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in nursing
• Experience: 1 years of clinical experience
• Licensure/ Certification: Must have an Illinois RN License and Illinois APN license upon hire. A Michigan RN license and a Michigan APN license must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, including telephone/video etiquette and customer service, understanding of performance improvement, case management, discharge planning, utilization review, and medical records, demonstrated ability to work independently
• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Advanced Practice Provider, working knowledge of Epic EMR System, experience in Emergency Medicine and/or Oncology background
