About the role

The Advanced Practice Nurse will provide high-quality patient care to OSF OnCall Urgent Care patients, maintain consistent service quality, and ensure complete and current patient medical records. Responsibilities include cost management, delivering a personalized patient experience, and floating to various facilities as needed.

• Provide high-quality patient care to OSF OnCall Urgent Care patients.
• Maintain consistency and quality of all services provided.
• Keep full and current patient medical records, including examinations, procedures, and other services.
• Assist in minimizing practice costs while maintaining high-quality patient care.
• Deliver a personalized, patient-centric experience.
• Float to various facilities as required.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree.
• IL Advanced Practice Nurse License.
• IL Registered Nurse License.
• BLS certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft software and strong computer skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge and skills to provide age-appropriate patient care.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN).

Pay

Expected pay for this position is $60.39 - $68.10/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills, and internal equity. The clinical base hourly pay range is $60.39 - $73.68, which may vary based on critical need, experience, community need, and other factors. Additional compensation components such as bonuses or incentives may apply.
