Facility Location Known as the “Birthplace of Silicon Valley” and the home of Stanford University, Palo Alto’s eclectic mix of tradition and innovation makes this California town a great place to live and work. Located just 35 miles south of San Francisco, this college town boasts a charming tree-lined downtown, an abundance of beautiful parks, a medley of cultural offerings and excellent travel nursing assignments.
