LCSW/LCPC-Child and Adolescent, Full-Time

Qualifications

• Valid and Current LCPC/LCSW license Issued by the state of Illinois, or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois
• CPR certified
• Master's degree in counseling
• 2 years of experience focused on patients in the child and adolescent setting
• Experience working with clients in individual therapy sessions
• Experience working with clients with various mental health needs
• Experience working in a dynamic multidisciplinary team, preferred.
• Experience working in a group setting, preferred.
• Knowledge of current assessment protocols
• Knowledge of Care plan development
• Knowledge of mental health disorders/DSM5
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional critical thinking and analysis skills
• Proficient computer and Microsoft program(s) navigation skills
• Positive contributor to organizational culture
• Able to perform psychosocial assessments and develop and implement viable care plans
• The ability to build the trust required to form an effective client/counselor relationship

Pay

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $58,000-$87,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
