Employment Options Available

- W-2 Employee - Part-Time (20 hours/week)
Compensation & Benefits
- Total Earning Potential: Up to $105,000+ annually
- Base Salary: $55,000 for a part-time schedule (20 hours/week)
- Guaranteed income with predictable scheduling
- 17 clinical hours + 3 administrative hours per week
- Additional Earnings: Earn $70 per clinical session for additional clients beyond your base caseload, giving you flexibility to increase income based on availability and interest.

What makes you, you:
- Experienced clinician with a passion for working with children, adolescents, young adults and their families using evidence-based practices
- Skilled in facilitating both in-person and virtual telehealth sessions with strong technical proficiency (Google Suite, EMR systems, virtual platforms)
- Excited to make an impact and driven by patient outcomes
- Proactive problem-solver with strong clinical judgment and excellent communication and documentation abilities

The basics you'll need:
- Independently licensed as a LCPC, LCMFT, or LCSW-C in Maryland
- Possess one (1) year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to children and adolescent patients
- Have one (1) year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
- Own your own phone, computer, and high-speed internet (if applicable as a 1099 contractor)
- Flexibility to work during Blackbird's core after-school hours: after 4pm ET during the week and/or weekends
