As our Social Worker, you will be a compassionate advocate, providing vital support and guidance to individuals and families facing complex challenges.
To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, strong knowledge of community resources, and proven crisis management abilities, fostering positive change and client empowerment.
Responsibilities
- Assess the behavioral health needs of patients seeking treatment for mental health or addiction services.
- Assess, communicate, and document risks related to potential harm to self or others.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of each patient's situation.
- Participate in and implement effective discharge plannings.
- Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy sessions.
- Implement evidence-based intervention techniques tailored to patient needs.
Requirements
- Oregon LCSW
- Master's in Social Work
Preferred
- Two (2) years of experience in evaluation and clinical intervention with a mental health population
Pay
The posted compensation range of $38.72 - $56.14 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
Schedule
Shift: Casual Part-Time, Varied; Includes Weekend On Call Coverage
