We need to produce HTML fragment with headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the job posting.
Job Title: Bus Driver (we do not repeat as heading). We have sections: Job Purpose (maybe About the role). Duties And Responsibilities (Responsibilities). Qualifications (Education Level, Certification, Other Requirements). Also there is Physical Demands, Work Environment, Terms Of Employment (Salary, days and work year). There's also "Overtime Status" etc. There's no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections except maybe Terms Of Employment includes Salary, days and work year. So we can include Pay section if salary info present: "Salary, days and work year as established by the Lamar County Board of Education". That's not specific numbers but it's mention of salary. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state Salary, days and work year as established by board. That's somewhat vague but it's stating that salary etc are established. It's not a specific number but it's still stating that salary exists. Should we include Pay section? The rule says: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state Salary, days and work year as established by the Lamar County Board of Education. So we can include a Pay section with that sentence. Schedule: maybe days and work year also could be considered schedule. But we might combine into Pay section or have separate Schedule if we have info. The posting mentions "Salary, days and work year as established by the Lamar County Board of Education". That's both salary and schedule (days and work year). Could create a Pay section with that sentence, and maybe a Schedule section if we want to separate. But we should avoid thin sections. Better to have one Pay section that includes salary and schedule info. However the rule says we should use headings for Benefits, Pay, Schedule separately if content exists. Since we have both salary and days/work year, we could put under Pay. Or we could have Pay and Schedule both with same content? That would be duplication. Better to have Pay section with that sentence, and maybe not include Schedule separately because it's covered. But the rule says: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state days and work year, which is schedule info. So we could include Schedule section with that same sentence? Might be considered duplication but maybe acceptable. However we should prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So combine into one section maybe "Pay and Schedule"? But headings are fixed: we must use

So we could include Schedule section with that same sentence? Might be considered duplication but maybe acceptable. However we should prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So combine into one section maybe "Pay and Schedule"? But headings are fixed: we must use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We cannot create custom headings like "Pay and Schedule". So we need to decide which heading(s) to use. We have content for Pay (salary) and Schedule (days and work year). Could put both under Pay heading, and leave Schedule omitted (since we don't have separate schedule specifics beyond what's in Pay). That seems okay: we are not creating a Schedule heading because we don't have distinct schedule content beyond what's already in Pay. The rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It doesn't forbid putting schedule info under Pay heading. So we can omit Schedule heading.
Benefits: no mention of benefits. So omit Benefits.
Skills: we could extract skills from duties: defensive driving, pre-trip inspection, etc. But the rule: we should only include a section if posting has real, specific content for it. The posting does not have a separate "Skills" heading but we can infer skills from duties. However we should not invent content; we can list skills as bullet points derived from duties. That's acceptable because we are not inventing, we are extracting. The rule: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we can take the duties and rephrase as skills? That might be summarizing. Better to keep duties under Responsibilities. Skills section may be thin if we just list a few skills. But we could include Skills if we have explicit skill statements. The posting includes: "Know, recognize and obey road signs and signals by meaning, shapes, sounds and colors." etc. Those are more duties. There's no explicit "Skills" heading. I'd say we omit Skills section to avoid thin section.
Thus sections: About the role (Job Purpose), Responsibilities (Duties And Responsibilities), Qualifications (Education Level, Certification, Other Requirements, Physical Demands, Work Environment maybe?), maybe Requirements (could combine Qualifications and Requirements). The headings list includes Requirements and Qualifications separate. We need to decide what goes where. Typically Requirements could be things like certification, background check, CDL, etc. Qualifications could be education level. But we can allocate.
We have: Education Level: High School Diploma (Qualification). Certification: Current MDE Driver Certification, or be able to obtain (Qualification/Certification). Other Requirements: Be able to pass a background check, pass agility test, hold a valid Commercial Driver's License with "P" and "S" endorsements, or be able to obtain, Current DOT/Non-DOT physical, or be able to obtain (these are requirements). Physical Demands and Work Environment could be under Requirements or Qualifications? They are more about job demands. Could go under Requirements.
We also have "Ability to complete basic written reports", "Ability to follow written route instructions", etc. Those could be under Requirements or Skills.
We need to avoid duplication and keep substantive.
