Job Summary

The Behavioral Health team at Benefis Health System is seeking an LCPC or LCSW to join our comprehensive care offerings. This position offers a supportive environment with a focus on mental health, physical health, and spiritual well-being.

About the Role

Our Behavioral Health programs encompass outpatient therapy, intensive outpatient programming, and acute psychiatric inpatient care. The successful candidate will contribute to the IOP team, mentor and supervise students, and provide biopsychosocial/diagnostic assessments, individual and group therapy.

Responsibilities

  • Perform biopsychosocial/diagnostic assessments
  • Provide individual psychotherapy and group therapy
  • Be an integral member of the IOP team
  • Mentor and/or supervise student interns and fellow staff

Requirements

  • Earned Master of Counseling or Social Work or related field
  • Hold a Montana license or be eligible to obtain Montana licensure

Qualifications

  • Experience in behavioral health care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule

Clinic is open and staffed Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with no evening, weekend, or call obligations.
