Licensed Counselor (LCSW/LCPC or Licensure Candidate)

About the role

This position serves Native and surrounding communities through integrated behavioral health services.

Responsibilities

- Provide assessments, brief interventions, and culturally responsive care within a primary care team. - Work Monday–Thursday with early Fridays, no weekends or on-call duties. - Maintain a manageable caseload and contribute to a supportive, collaborative environment.

Requirements

- Master’s degree in a related field. - Eligibility for Montana licensure. - BLS certification.

Qualifications

Licensed Counselor or licensure candidate with opportunities for clinical supervision and professional growth.
