LCPC/LCSW - Meadowlark Initiative Behavioral Health Consultant

About the role

The Meadowlark Initiative is a collaborative effort among various healthcare facilities in Montana aimed at providing comprehensive prenatal behavioral health support. This position is part of a multidisciplinary team within the inpatient and outpatient women's and children's departments.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with pregnant and post-partum women with substance use and behavioral health disorders.
• Conduct evaluations and provide ongoing individual counseling.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for referrals or group sessions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve access to behavioral health care.
• Provide on-the-fly consultation for healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Licensed LCPC or LCSW.
• Active Montana licensure or ability to obtain licensure prior to employment.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing behavioral health services to pregnant and post-partum women.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles.

Pay

$25.78 hourly, actual offered wage based on experience.

Schedule

Mondays through Fridays, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, no call obligations.
