About the role

The LCD Innovation - Project Manager will support core transformation execution activities for the LCD Division, including project planning, tracking and reporting, change management, stakeholder communications and risk and issues management.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Track progress, including identifying and managing risks, actions, issues and dependencies.
  • Cookordination with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
  • Prepare and deliver project and program updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Contribute to stakeholder meetings, including creating materials, capturing meeting minutes and following up on action plans.
  • Support key program leads and resources in executing key deliverables.
  • Independently identify opportunities to drive project/programs forward.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple demands and changing priorities
  • Independent self-starter who can manage multiple activities to aggressive deadlines
  • Ability to build relationships across regions and functions, partnering with team members of all levels
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, attention to details, and effective time management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-changing environment with experience in agile ways of working
  • High attention to detail; follows through to ensure accuracy of materials
  • Comfortable with working in a matrix and/or virtual team structure

Qualifications

  • Experience working in the financial services industry
  • Experience using GenAI, including Microsoft Copilot
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams to meet delivery timelines
  • Experience highlighting key risks and issues that may impact the project/program health
  • Experience driving delivery/execution of a wide range of tasks and initiatives independently
  • Experience managing collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint

Skills

  • Experience working in the financial services industry
